Sometimes you may see a "device not compatible" alert when you try to download an update or reinstall the game from Google Play. Don't worry, Google is already working on fixing this issue.
We advice you to try updating the device system.
You can also try doing the following:
1. Go to Settings - Apps - Google Play Store - Storage.
2. Tap Clear data.
If that doesn't help, please do the following:
1. Go to Settings - Apps.
2. Choose the Google Play Market app and tap Uninstall updates.
3. Reinstall the game.
