Here are a few tips if you made a purchase and haven’t received it:
- Make sure that purchase was made successfully.
- Wait a little. Usually all orders are delivered instantly, but it also may take longer.
- Check your internet connection. It should be stable for the purchases. If it was lost during or after the purchase you should restart your device to get your purchase. Also switching between Wi-Fi and mobile connection can help.
- If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact our game support. Please provide us your order recipe screenshot with transaction ID on it. If you have deleted your receipt you can always find your order history at Google Pay or in your iOS device settings.
